It is no secret that « violent clashes between the two armed groups now enemies, namely the FPRC of Nourreldine Adam, RPRC of Abdoulaye Hissène and MPC of Mahamat Al-Katim against the UPC of Ali Darass and Are raging lately in the hinterland. This situation is untenable for the inhabitants of Upper Kotto and Ouaka. Why do these two armed groups clash? The FPRC / RPRC / MPC coalition would have the objective of bringing down the city of Bambari where Ali Darass had installed his staff to put pressure on the central government. There is much going on in this confrontation, and Ali Darass is in a position of repatriation in the DDRR process. It is therefore inconceivable that an armed group should force him to do so. The DDRR process should follow its normal course. It will then be up to the international community jointly with the national authorities to accompany Ali Darass to his home in Niger (or simply to arrest him).
If the FPRC / RPRC / MPC coalition had followed this logic, all those unjustly lost civilian deaths would have been saved.

• FREE ACCESS TO THE ISSUE OF NATIONAL IDENTITY CARDS AND PASSPORTS WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION.
In view of all these demands, it should be emphasized that there is a hidden agenda for the former Selka coalition. The real questions are hidden to the benefit of purely peripheral subjects. For the Anti-Balaka’s claims, the latter propose that the President put in place a statute of the former Heads of State to allow all former Central African Presidents to enjoy a status and a protocolary and ceremonial Live in their country. You will agree with us that hidden ambitions are at all levels.
