His name is Perfect Désiré Onanga Anyanga, a citizen of Gabon. Mr. Onanga-Anyanga holds a post-graduate degree in political science from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, France, and a master’s degree in sociology from Omar Bongo University in Libreville, Gabon. Born in 1960, he is married and has three children.
